You can go to our website at https://cornerstone.prismhcm.com then click on Reset Password, then enter your email address and then click in the box to the left of I’m not a robot. Then enter your email address and hit enter. The system will send you an email to your email address on file with Cornerstone PEO. The email will come from info@prismhcm.com and will have a link that you can click on to reset your password.

If you get the message that your account is locked, you will need to contact us at 877-736-9473 and choose Option 0. You will need to answer a few questions to identify yourself. Once verified, we can unlock your account so you can access the system.

Please use this link to log in https://cornerstone.prismhcm.com/LogOn. You will need your 4-digit company code as the username and your password, which was provided in the onboarding email you received. If you have been in the system before and forgot your password, you can reset your password, and an email will be sent the address associated with this account.

Please go to https://www.cornerstonepeo.com/w2-request-form to complete and submit a W2 correction form. A team member will be in touch with any questions and corrections that were made.
